Tore meniscus in both knees..left knee April 2015 1 1/2 year ago ,surgery and physical therapy in July ,steroid shots, brace put on gabapentin and Tylenol three cant take NSAIDs due to allergenic to them. Right knee in January ..surgery in march. Physical therapy, steroid shot, now trying the orthovisc shots and ordered new orthotics as I now have plantar fascitis and heel Spurs in the right foot after experience a inflammation flare when they gave me two days after the steroid shot . Physical therapist said it sounded like I had a reaction to the shot and I told the knee doctor about it only to be told by him that it couldn't happen but podiatrist said he would be afraid to give me a steroid shot for the plantar fascitis and heel spur if it did I could have another reaction and make things worse or I could go into antiflactive shock. So I'm trying to find something I can take for inflammation that is all natural or doesn't have NSAIDs in it..any suggestions. Still having so much stiffness and osterosarthritis in both knees ..lots of popping and catching and swelling ..please someone help me by telling me how to get better..due to thyroid issues I'm having trouble losing weight and not finding help in that area either.
