first injury was playing in the front yard with other kids and they landed sideways on my knee. at age 11.. at age 15 did arthoscope, no relief then after i did strengthening exercise, and ever other one they said.. then it got to be falling down the stairway, walking, biking from my knee giving out...this continued until the age of 53 (present) i am now on my third set of (chicken shots) and doc says i had to much cortizone shots.. so its pain 24 hour/ 7 days a week after putting up with it 40 years. so far i havent heard of anything that stops arthritsis from deteroraiting the bone ..
