Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Strengthening Exercises, Stretching, Support brace, Supportive Shoes, Massage, Ice
    Worsened
Cortisone Injection, Physical Therapy, Arthroscopic Surgery

Had cortisone injections and physical therapy to start with. Made it worse. Finally an MRI was done and had torn meniscus, bone on bone in the knee, bakers cyst and arthritis. Now 8 months after surgery getting worse as time goes on. Doctor wants to start therapy all over again. No way - in to much pain.
