    I do daily stretches, recumbent bike but knee still painful, under knee cap, sides of knee, down shin when walking, loosing range of motion, thigh muscles still week

    Cannot walk at normal pace, stairs difficult, legs tire n get weak, rotate from side to side all night, very frustrated. Can't do anything I used to for fun..dancing, bike riding, walking the beach
