    I walk and stretch everyday.I take osteo Flex pills 2 times a day. I am as active as I can without the pain from both my knees.i have tried shots therapy strength just about everything except surgery.i have been swimming some .I am climbing more like in my walks up hills and down.Still trying to lose some weight it’s slow but it will happen soon enough.I have added a Bicycle but not yet been able to use it though.
