    I worked with geriatrics for 28 years twisting turning bending lifting pulling pushing , I always used proper body mechanics and my knees hurt, I cannot bend them all the way, I can’t bend ,I cannot get low enough to get into a tub bath. I am 52 and scared. When I get up in the morning I walk like I am 75 and in tremendous pain and discomfort.

    I work 5-6 days a week and even taking Daypro, and pain medication. My knee just feels like they don't want to go or carry me anymore.
