    I currently being affected by knee pain following a vacation. I did a lot of walking up and down concrete stairs, lifting 25 pound suitcases and a lot of walking. I work at desk and drive over 60 miles back & fourth to work. I have a sedentary lifestyle with hardly any exercise!

    I can only stand for 10 minutes at a time sometimes less due to the pain in my knees. I can only walk for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and I have to sit down to the pain

    Clean house & errands makes difficult at time knowing arthritis in my knees hurt alot since on bone to bone to young total knee surgery .I just had 3 surgeries of two or three period. I had shots 2 each over period less than year. I can't have another knee scope surgery at this time found out there varicose veins not working correctly on my left side that knee has more arthritis in it think I am risk so have wait take care of another issues . Just don't understand why knee doctor not solving my problem feel like many issues with them and about ready to get second opinion on my total health.
