Physical Therapy, Walking/Hiking, Home Exercise Program,
    Not Improved

Doing over a hundred squats, lunges, side lunges twice a week plus worrier pose plus 10 miles hiking and some dancing and 4 our biking.

The inside toward the bottom of my knee hurst main on down hill but also when I do child pose or try to squat low, essential do a seat like squat, which I can't because of the pain.
