About 3 wks ago following my knee therapy exercises after doing weighted leg lifts I had some extreme pain on the inside of my operative knee plus some instability. I talked to my therapist and she's having me masage my inner knee with cbd, do squats ensuring my knees don't go inward. She's even had me do squats with the ball between my knees. I'm continuing the clam shells plus at therapy I'm doing leg presses with the ball between my knees.
