Meniscus Surgery eliminated pain from torn meniscus but not arthritis. Viscous injection improved arthritis pain considerably x 6 months. Cortisone injection improved pain short term. Brace was very helpful as long as I had it on. Stretching and strengthening definitely improved balance and strength. No obvious improvement with orthotics and supportive shoes but still wear and non supportive shoes definitely aggravated. Supplements, not sure if they help but still take them hoping for some prevention benefits. Fish oil seems to reduce pain. NSAIDs definitely relieve pain.
