My best results came from drinking a hot mixture of anti-immflamatory ingredients of spring water with Apple cider vinegar with the mother in it, turmeric, black pepper, Ceylon cinnamon, lemon juice, lemon grass and raw honey. I also still do physical therapy which is strengthening my joints
