WEIGHT LOSS DID HELP DECREASE SOME OF THE PAIN...My doc has been telling me to lose for years. He was right, it certainly helped. Didnt cure anything--- but Noticeably Decreased my Level of Knee Pain. I have several knee issues and have been told by many Orthos I need Total Knee Replacement of 3 Compartments. Weight Loss is not easy, I went up and down for years but now it had reached a point that I had to decide between living my life to the best of my ability VS staying home all day with ice on elevated knee and taking Rx Pain Meds which are in the long term... ruining my Liver.

Doc says for every single (ONE) Pound I carry in excess in like an EXTRA 5 Pounds in Knee Destruction. I do believe again, he was right. Feeling better now and I'm able to put off Knee Replacement a little longer.
