Early in life I was one of those "invincible" types. Little did I know that it would end abruptly in my thirties when I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis; closely followed by Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, now within the last few years, Rheumatoid Arthritis ugh! My knees took (and still take) the biggest hit. My knee pain most days is tolerable as long as I take all my meds and don't try to walk far or stand for long. I've been turned down by two surgeons for knee replacements because my bones have gotten brittle from the long term steroids. Obviously my weight is a factor also. Although, even after I lost over a hundred pounds, those brittle bones became the topic ugh. I would love to find SOMETHING that could help me go on walks, etc. again.
