Most things gave no improvement at all. Physical therapy, stretching, strengthening and visco supplementation initially gave some relief then right back to where I started. Bilateral total knee replacement offered long term improvement by not pain free. In all fairness the knee replacements would be better if other skeletal and muscular/ nerve issues were addressed. Doctors seem to ignore any part of the body they're not focusing on.
