Not injury. just me at first Knee cap would not stay in place. after surgeries in '72, '74' & '75 than lots of home,( as they didn't have me go to any), Physical Therapy and Swimming to strengthen not just the knee but the muscles about the knee. I was able to walk and move on my own but was never able to do all I did before. now all these years later always achy and still don't have the strengthen I want but thats on me as I don't exercise as I should. That saying of don't use it you lose it is so true.
