Torn meniscus. Had arthroscopic repair and subchondroplasty which worked for a short time, but because I also have multiple lumbar spine issues, the wonky walking created a tibial plateau fracture. Best result has been Synvisc 1 injection. Wish they had something as good for the spine! PT has helped with strengthening muscles around affected areas. I also do a stretching/strengthening routine everyday. Keeping moving with mindfulness is key.
