The knee pain has improved alot overall. The heat and not stretching enough makes it worse. Since I've returned to worked I try to ice halfway through my shift. Now I'm dealing with severe neck and low back pain since going back to work. I was in a car accident last year. Going to chiro for traction and adjustments. Also trying massage.
