Running is my favorite exercise but row and bike more lately. Hope to run 3-4 times a week

Running in cushioned shoes Nikes and now Bew Balance Beacons and using Wivvi customized insoles. Trying Sketchers cushioned work shoes. All seem to help with isometrics. Good month.

Looking at using firmer cushioned shoes, neutral since wearing orthotic insoles that are suppose to help posture. A good week so far with a good day today with a firmer shoe, less inward flex.

Moving back to Nike RN’s light feel and well cushioned with low impact.
