I need a knee replacement left, I also have a vascular disease from smoking, had 1 major surgery that back fired I almost hemmoraged to death had to have undine what was did. Alsi caught an infection. My legs still hurt left more than the right until the end of my work day 12 he. Shift then my hips hurt!

Tried a few rounds of physical therapy, overall was useful in that they showed me some helpful exercises. Ultimately I think getting serious about strength training and stretching was what allowed me to improve.
