Treatment Ratings
I work on my feet every day. I am a chef. I broke both bones in my ankle, and had surgery. I have gone to physical therapy, chiropractor and worked with a massage therapist. My ankle is still really stiff. I do exercises every other day, to try to get it to work better. My surgeon will respond if I ask questions, but he seems to think that I will just have a stiffness and have trouble on stairs for a long time. I think the chiropractor and the massage therapist have helped. Physical therapist doesn't have any other ideas for me: I can go to work and that's all they care about.
