    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Stretching

I had a slight tear. Took prescription anti inflammatory drugs. Had to use a heel cord board and stretched my tendon for 5 to 10 mins 3 times a day. Key to this injury is to stretch the tendon and to continue to stretch it before and after any activity. I injured my tendon in my 20'schedule and have not had a problem since. Stretching the tendon is key.
