I don't really know how I injured my left foot. The heel lift helped by shortening the stretch for the tendon, but then I turns my foot again with the heel lift in. Now nothing but rest helps. NSAIDs help some but are hard on my stomach. I know if I weighed 135 my foot wouldn't hurt!!
